# Labtek

> Labtek digitizes operations in food production centers. A module of FoodSystem, it guides order picking, tracks stock, and notifies production teams of order changes.

Labtek integrates with FoodSystem: delivery notes come from the ERP, and quantity adjustments are sent back without duplicate data entry. The original ordered quantity remains recorded.

The website presents the following features:

- Picking by customer: prepare each order item by item on a handheld terminal, with progress shared in real time and support for quantity adjustments.
- Picking by item: view the total quantity to prepare for each product and follow guided allocation across customers; each zone can choose its picking mode.
- Stock management: track incoming, outgoing, and available quantities by zone, with movement history, batches, expiry dates, photos, and alert thresholds; perform stock counts directly on the terminal.
- Stock transfers: a single entry subtracts the quantity from the source stock and adds it to the destination stock, with a record of the movement.
- Real-time alerts: notify teams of new orders, changes, and cancellations according to selected criteria, with shared tracking within each zone.
- Weekly planner: bring orders requiring attention into a schedule that automatically advances to the next production day.

The following devices are supplied and configured with Labtek:

- Labtek PAD ME65: handheld terminal with a 1D/2D barcode scanner, a battery that can be replaced without restarting, IP67 protection, and a 6-inch high-brightness display.
- Labtek SCREEN SPPC 320: 32-inch Full HD touchscreen with 10 touch points, an IP65 stainless steel enclosure, fanless operation, and wall, stand, or VESA mounting options.
